Our client, a busy dermatology service in Dublin City Centre South, is seeking a confident administrator to support consultants in a high-volume clinical environment. This is a rolling contract with immediate start. Location: Dublin City Centre South Salary:€19.57 ph/€35,600pa Contract: Rolling contract, full-time Key Responsibilities: High-accuracy dictaphone typing for clinic letters, reports and patient correspondence. Manage dermatology clinics, patient scheduling, referrals and waiting lists. Maintain electronic patient records and hospital systems to a high standard. Liaise with consultants, nursing staff, GP practices and patients. Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the dermatology team. Essential Requirements: Previous medical secretary or healthcare administrator experience (essential). Excellent dictaphone / audio typing speed and accuracy. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical correspondence formatting. Proficient in MS Office and hospital patient-management systems. Strong organisational and communication skills. Desirable: Experience in dermatology, outpatient clinics or acute hospital settings. Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes.
