Training Coordinator Role
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for the effective planning and delivery of training programs that align with organisational objectives. This includes coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and maintaining accurate records through internal systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of learning and development principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
As a key member of the Learning & Development team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external training providers to develop and deliver engaging training materials, monitor feedback, and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and material preparation
* Manage training registrations and maintain accurate records
* Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content is current and users are properly enrolled
* Collaborate with internal teams and external training providers to develop and deliver training materials
* Monitor feedback and recommend improvements
Requirements:
* Rlevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience in learning and development or technical training
* At least one year of experience in a similar position, ideally within utilities or a related industry
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Experience working with Learning Management Systems and coordinating training logistics
