Contractor Based Position

Role Responsibilities
* Manage, coordinate and monitor site labour forces and specialist subcontractors on a daily basis
* Work with the Project team to track progress and meet agreed programme targets
* Deliver high-quality works while ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies
* Build positive relationships with supply chain partners and maintain a productive work environment
Required Qualifications and Skills
* 5-10 years of experience in Site Management
* Previous Main Contractor experience, particularly in large-scale commercial/mixed-use development projects, is beneficial
* A third-level qualification or trades background is preferred (possessing excellent knowledge of trades)
* Proficiency in Microsoft software
* Strong delegation and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with others
