As Team Leader, you'll play a key supporting role in the day-to-day running of the shop. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver excellent customer service, and drive business results. You'll also be ready to step up and take charge whenever needed.
This role is ideal for a natural leader who's ready to take the next step in their retail career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Store Manager with overall shop operations
* Leading the team by example, ensuring top-tier customer engagement
* Helping to drive performance and hit KPIs through smart in-shop activity
* Coaching and mentoring team members to unlock their full potential
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies
* Taking responsibility for opening/closing, security, and cash handling when in charge
Requirements:
* Previous management / supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing leadership role
* A team player who's confident stepping into a leadership position
* Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
* Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
* A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
