Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Scala Developer Lead to lead our development team.
This position requires strong understanding of software engineering processes, configuration management, release management, system verification and testing, and ability to work independently and oversee entire projects or significant parts, focusing on completing the tasks on time.
* 10+ years of professional experience in Scala, Java, AWS, Golang, Tibco, and Python.
* Ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives, mentor peers, and drive quality, reliability, and operational excellence at scale.
* Thought leadership in areas like distributed systems, functional programming, or cloud-native architecture.
