Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in achieving operational excellence

* Manage stock control, including ordering, stock rotation, and inventory optimization
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Contribute to achieving store targets and maintaining high levels of performance
Requirements:
* 2+ years of retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or team lead role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
* Ambition to progress into a full management role
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
