This creates opportunities for company secretaries or for those who wish to get into the industry.Summary of the position:The Company Secretarial Administrator will join our well established high-performing Corporate Services Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative duties and delivery of the excellent service and experience to our valued clients that we are known for. The successful candidate will be able to apply for hybrid working in this role if they desire.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Carrying out anti-money laundering (AML) checks and risk analysis for new and on-going clientsLiaising with clients to obtain AML documentationEnsuring anti-money laundering policies and procedures are followedReporting on findings, maintenance of records to a high standardPreparing legal paperwork for changes of company officers, registered office and company name changes and amendments of the company's constitutionsFilings with Beneficial Ownership RegistryDealing with inbound client enquiriesInvolvement in customer service processes and systemsData capture and CRM administrationAnnual Company Law ComplianceCompany Secretarial Support ServicesOnboarding of new clientsAssisting with ProjectsOther administrative duties as requiredSkills and Experience RequiredExcellent interpersonal skills – a pleasant phone manner and customer service skills are essentialStrong administration and organisational skillsPrevious experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage but is not a requirementThird level qualification is an advantage, but not a requirementSharp attention to detail and good decision-making skillsPerfect written & oral English essentialA fast learner with strong business acumenAbility to develop & maintain relationships with clients, key partners and fellow team membersExcellent IT, MS Office, and Computer SkillsMust possess strong teamworking skills and the ability and skill-set to work remotelyAbility to multi-task and work to strict deadlinesAbility to interpret key data and analytics quickly and deliver on company and team KPIsThis role represents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop a career with a leading company in the Corporate Services Industry.
