Job Summary:
In this role as HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that effective systems and processes are in place to drive business success. You will support the HR department and site departments to implement people management strategies that align with the organization's overall strategic aims.
About the Role:
* You will work closely with the HR Manager to assess staffing needs and objectives, help managers identify suitable candidates, and be involved in the recruitment and selection process.
* Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and implementing employee engagement programs and HR initiatives that support the site's HR strategy.
* You will provide guidance and counseling to managers and employees on employee relations, discipline, and performance.
* You will ensure compliance with local, national, European, and corporate HR policies, procedures, and laws by working closely with respective department managers.
* You will investigate and manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures.
* You will develop and lead leadership training programs, run quarterly leadership forums, and HR Clinics at the site.
* You will coordinate a communications program to maintain harmonious employee relations.
* You will oversee the Performance Management process for the site and ensure all Divisional due dates are met.
* You will guarantee that all applicable legal requirements are met, working closely with Legal counsel on situations posing a litigation risk or other liability.
* You will identify potential employee initiatives through regular participation in functional management and employee meetings.
* You will maintain an accurate job documentation system by conducting job analyses, determining status, and auditing the system regularly.
* You will conduct employee training on various HR-related areas.
* You will collaborate with the HR Central team and site leaders to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations, handling employee documentation, changes to employee status, pay, and benefits, annual performance appraisal processes, employee relations investigations, employee discipline, and terminations.
* You will prepare monthly HR metrics related to your areas of responsibility for management and the division as required.
