Organisational Development Lead
The key role of the Organisational Development Lead is to develop and execute the people strategy that aligns with the organisation's goals, objectives, and overall business outcomes.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy in line with organisational objectives across all sites.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish a consistent approach to talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
* Lead employee and industrial relations across a multi-union environment, including negotiations and change management.
* A results-driven HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.
* 10+ years' experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a unionised manufacturing, processing, or industrial setting.
* Proven experience managing HR across multiple sites and unions.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
