YOUR MISSION
You will be part of the BIG MAMMA kitchen team!
You will be overseeing the cold section and preparation of cold dishes, antipasti and insalate!
You will be onboarding and training new cold section and prep chefs, working closely with kitchen management and ensuring the cold section is operating smoothly.
You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a \"problem solver\" attitude.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
