Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Agent to join our team of industry experts.
* The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Architecture/Engineering/Environmental/Sustainability or a related subject, and experience with LEED GA or AP BD&C/ID&C, and/or BREEAM AP certification.
Key responsibilities include reviewing Owner Project Requirements and Basis of Design documents to ensure they meet requirements, preparing Commissioning Specifications and design phase Commissioning Plans, and facilitating commissioning meetings and reviewing submittals, start-up sheets, and RFIs.
Essential Skills:
* Strong understanding of building systems and construction methods
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Qualifications:
* LEED AP or equivalent accreditation
* BREEAM AP or equivalent accreditation
