Contract Administration Specialist
Job Summary:
The Contract Administration Specialist will build and maintain effective partnerships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders across multiple business units. Key responsibilities include project documentation, program delivery, procurement support, and budget management.

We are partnering with a leading civil engineering contractor in Ireland who specializes in high-profile projects within the power and wastewater sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and wider stakeholders.
* Support project teams by preparing project documents, programs, schedules, and execution plans.
* Assist in procurement by reviewing and approving subcontractors and subcontract documents.
* Deliver projects to agreed timelines, scopes, quality standards, and budgets.
* Ensure timely project reporting and forecasting.
* Collaborate with the HSQE team to manage and implement procedures across project sites.
* Oversee project budgets, valuations, and costs while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
* Identify and initiate necessary change control processes.
* Proactively plan to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
* Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
* E nsure construction quality standards and adherence to proper construction techniques.
* Manage subcontractor workflows, ensuring compliance with site programs.
* Provide guidance, training, and oversight to staff under your responsibility.
* Manage commercial relationships with clients and/or consultants to drive continuous improvement.
* Lead contractual negotiations and advise Project Managers where necessary.
Requirements:
* A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable level.
* Ongoing relationship management skills with a strong client focus.
* Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and techniques.
* Familiarity with construction management software.
* Competence in conflict and crisis management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
