Clerical Administrator
Excel Recruitment is seeking a motivated and well-organised Clerical Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support across several centres in the Dublin area. The successful candidate will be based in Edenmore but may be required to travel to other sites as needed. This job is an immediate start, casual and full time until end of December 2025.
Clerical Administrator key Responsibilities
1. Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, data entry, record keeping, photocopying, and scanning.
2. Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
3. Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and other materials as required.
4. Support day-to-day office operations and staff across multiple sites.
5. Always maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Clerical Administrator requirements
6. Previous clerical or administrative experience (public sector experience is desirable but not essential).
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
8. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time-management skills.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
10. Flexibility to travel between centres (own transport preferred – mileage for travel will be paid).
