About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts, and handling guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operations Management: Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments, ensuring that all areas are running smoothly and efficiently.
* Team Leadership: Act as the senior manager on duty, providing leadership and guidance to the team, and supporting them in achieving operational targets and service excellence.
* Guest Service: Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
* Quality Control: Maintain high standards across all departments, ensuring that all areas meet our quality expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality sector, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
* Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts.
* Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
