Responsibilities - How you contribute to the objectives and goals of HP Training:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in ensuring the successful delivery of training projects.
You will collaborate with a dynamic team, contributing to the overall operational excellence of our projects.
What you'll do:
· Coordination and execution of training programmes, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
· Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate documentation, including programme design, delivery, and assessment.
· Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, including clients, learners, and tutors.
· Provide regular updates on project progress to the Operations Manager
· Support the maintenance of a varied tutor panel, ensuring the right people are in place for programme delivery.
· Assist in managing learning management systems and other training technology.
· Collaborate with team members to address project challenges and ensure a collaborative working environment.
· Ensure compliance with ETB requirements and Hartley People standards of excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
· Contribute to the maintenance of ETB documentation, including programme design, delivery and assessment.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a similar customer service, scheduling or project management role
· Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to follow through and quality
· Full clean drivers licence
