Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare vehicles for the painting process after repairs by our panel beaters. This role is crucial in ensuring that each vehicle's surface is flawlessly prepped and primed for the final paint application.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper in a professional auto body shop.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair and preparation techniques.
* Experience with seam sealer and waterproofing applications.
* Skilled in the use of relevant tools and equipment.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Gun Ready
Responsibilities
* Assess and repair vehicle bodies post-collision, preparing for priming and painting.
* Apply primer, ensuring thorough coverage.
* Sand, mask, and prepare vehicle surfaces to a fine finish.
* Apply seam sealer for waterproofing and seamless repairs.
* Ensure vehicles are clean, masked, and 'gun ready' for spray painters.
* Collaborate with panel beaters and spray painters for workflow and quality control.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Manage supplies and equipment, including inventory tracking.
