Louth Contract: Full-time, permanent Package: Competitive salary (DOE) + vehicle/allowance + expenses & benefits The Role Our client is seeking a Site Manager to join their Co. Louth team to work on 2x mixed typology developments with 50+ units each. Youll play a key role in ensuring the programme of work runs smoothly, managing site staff and maintaining health and safety standards on site. Our client is a multi-disciplinary building contractor with over 30 years experience in the Irish construction industry. Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to completion. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour. Ensure the project runs in line with programme, budget, and health & safety standards. Liaise with design teams, project managers, and clients to resolve issues and ensure information flow. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications. Manage site records, reports, and weekly progress meetings. About You Minimum 3+ years experience in a Site Manager or Senior Foreman role. Strong background in apartment developments or residential builds. Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple work fronts. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
