We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our management team in this busy property.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise the food and beverage service of this hotel.
* Liaise with the kitchen team on menus/food related matters.
* Assist the operations team with functions service of the property.
* Drive sales initiatives for the food and beverage department.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a busy hotel property.
* HACCP trained.
* Excellent knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
