Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the creation of pastries and desserts in line with menu requirements
* Stay informed about the day’s business and special offerings
* Take part in menu planning with the wider kitchen team
* Ensure all dishes are prepared promptly and to the approved presentation standard
* Minimise wastage and manage portions cost-effectively and responsibly
* Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene throughout storage, preparation, and service
* Comply with HACCP regulations within the kitchen and all Food & Beverage outlets
* Report any maintenance issues to your supervisor to ensure kitchen equipment is always in working order
The Ideal Candidate
* Has previous experience in a similar role
* Demonstrates both skill and genuine interest in pastry
* Holds a Pastry qualification (desirable)
* Courteous and committed to high customer service standards
* Detail-oriented and standards-driven
* Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
