As part of our continued growth, we're opening a
new pharmacy
within an exciting
Health & Wellness Complex
in Carrick-on-Suir.
The complex will feature a
health centre, pharmacy, doctor's surgery, a cafe and drive-thru
- designed to offer convenience, care, and connection for the local community.
The Role
We are seeking an
experienced and motivated Store Manager
to lead our new pharmacy team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about customer service, and enjoys building and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy retail store.
Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Mulligans' standards.
Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and service goals.
Manage stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.
Work closely with the supervising pharmacist and healthcare team to ensure smooth operations.
Implement company policies and procedures to maintain excellence in compliance and care.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in retail management, ideally in pharmacy, health & beauty, or grocery sectors.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A genuine passion for customer service and community care.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve effectively.
Enthusiastic, organised, and adaptable to a new and growing location.
