We are currently looking for a part-time Jewellery Sales Advisor to join our busy team. If you have a natural interest in jewellery and would love to expand your knowledge of the luxury goods industry while working in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver a brilliant and memorable experience for our customers, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our jewellery.
* Represent our brand by showing a passion for luxury jewellery and an interest in expanding your knowledge of jewellery and watches.
* Demonstrate an interest in learning about diamonds and the diamond industry. Acquire the knowledge required for engagement and wedding ring consultations with our customers.
* Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards. Ensure that our Ryan Thomas pieces are always beautifully presented and orders are gift wrapped professionally.
* Assist with processing jewellery repairs and deliveries to our goldsmiths, watchmakers and suppliers.
* Organise and store stock jewellery with care. Liaise closely with the team to ensure optimal stock levels and provide updates on in-store sales trends and jewellery bestsellers.
* Respect and ensure customer privacy and confidentiality at all times.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Retail sales experience, preferably luxury goods sales experience.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach.
* Flexibility in working hours and an ability to work weekends is a must.
* A preference to work in a team environment.
