We are looking for a Digital Transformation Architect to join the team that is leading digital strategy initiatives and overall customer experience for a multination financial services firm. This senior role focuses on leading technical teams and driving change through innovative digital transformation projects, targeting improvements in customer application processes, portals, and automation to create seamless end-to-end journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire technical teams to deliver impactful digital solutions aligned with business goals.
* Manage and drive organizational change to ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives.
* Lead modernization efforts transitioning legacy systems into modern, user-friendly platforms.
* Design scalable, API-driven architectures utilizing Salesforce, Mulesoft, microservices, and integration tools.
* Bring progressive, market-leading ideas on digital transformation and implementation approaches.
* Continuously identify and advocate for forward-thinking improvements to processes, technologies, and customer experiences.
* Mentor and enforce best practices in architecture and development.
Required Skills:
* Proven leadership in managing digital transformation programs and technical teams.
* Strong web services and API development background.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Mulesoft, API design, and microservices architectures.
* Demonstrated success in digitizing and modernizing legacy systems.
* Strategic mindset with awareness of leading industry trends and the ability to translate them into actionable improvements.
