Job Description: Part-Time Office AdministratorPosition: Part-Time Office Administrator.Hours: Flexible, candidate can choose their own working hoursLocation: CarlowAbout the Role:We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to carry out admin duties as a Part-Time Office Administrator. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible working hours and the opportunity to manage their own schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.Key Responsibilities:Perform general office administrative duties.Manage invoicing and issue receipts to clients.Handle bank transfers and maintain accurate financial records.Keep detailed and organised VAT records.Assist with other administrative tasks as required.Requirements:Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Basic understanding of financial processes, including invoicing and VAT.Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.If you are a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a desire for flexible working arrangements, we would love to hear from you.Job Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship, GraduatePay: From €25.00 per hourExpected hours: 4 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Ardattin, CO.
