HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (Maternity Leave Contract)

We are seeking an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation in Donegal Town on a 6-month maternity leave contract. This is a fully onsite role suited to someone who enjoys being hands‑on in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily HR support across the business.
* Lead and support employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievance processes.
* Conduct and support workplace investigations in line with HR policies.
* Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR best practice.
* Assist with HR administration, documentation, and reporting as required.
What We're Looking For
* Previous HR experience with exposure to employee relations.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and Irish employment legislation.
* Ability to build relationships and support management confidently.
* Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
* Open to experienced HR professionals or candidates with fewer years' experience who are confident in ER work.
