Job Title: Site Management Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site management, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor operatives' adherence to relevant rules and regulations.
* Collaborate closely with senior management to implement the construction programme, manage resources, and optimize site set-up and overheads.
* Liaise with clients and report on daily progress, including updates on site activities and any issues that may arise.
* Supervise contracted staff and daily management of sub-contractors and labour staff.
* Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure construction and site safety adhere to regulatory requirements.
* Prepare detailed site reports for submission to senior management, highlighting progress, milestones, and any areas for improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of material take-offs, labour hours, and equipment usage to inform project planning and resource allocation.
* Promote a culture of quality, safety, and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify and address design clashes proactively, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Site Management, preferably within the construction industry.
* Demonstrable experience in managing residential housing schemes, timberframe construction, and site safety protocols.
* Strong commercial awareness and technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
* A valid driving license and willingness to travel to site locations as required.
