Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our commercial operations for a major hospitality project.
* The successful candidate will have 7+ years of post-qualification experience with a main contractor, ideally on projects with a value of €30M or more.
* A proven track record in hospitality and residential projects, combined with strong knowledge of RIAI and standard construction contracts.
* Must possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and leadership skills.
