A leading international bank is seeking a senior Corporate Banking Director to lead and grow its Industrials portfolio across Europe.
This is a front-office leadership role with full P&L responsibility, combining strategic growth, global client coverage and leadership within a high-performing international platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute the European growth strategy across Industrial corporates
* Originate and manage senior relationships with large, multi-regional corporate clients
* Drive revenue across lending, structured finance and ancillary products
* Lead complex credit transactions and approvals, working closely with credit and product teams
* Manage, develop and scale a high-performing corporate banking team
* Own portfolio performance, risk management, returns and credit quality
Candidate Profile
* Senior Corporate Banking professional at Director / Senior VP level
* Strong track record within Industrials sectors
* Deep experience in credit, structuring and financial modelling
* Proven relationship manager operating across complex, multi-product solutions
* Commercial, entrepreneurial and highly client-facing
* Second European language strongly preferred
