In line with our growth strategy, we are currently recruiting for the role of a Production Coordinator.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Co-Ordinator to support our procurement operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support to the Production Manager including order processing and data entry.
Job card creation and archiving.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
Track deliveries and resolve any issues with suppliers.
Maintain supplier relationships and update vendor databases.
Support cost analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

Further education in business, engineering or supply chain is an advantage but not essential.
Experience:
1–2 years' experience in an administrative, technical, or data-focused role preferred.
