Position: Food & Beverage Assistant
Reports to: Bar Manager/Manager on Duty
Location: Crown Quarter, Monck Street, Wexford Town.
Crown Quarter, in Wexford Town, are currently recruiting for an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience to grow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be available to work weekends.

Role Requirements:
· Take food & beverage orders and ensure the orders communicated to the bar & kitchen in a professional manner.
· Ensure the bar is kept clean & tidy at all times.
· Be attentive to the guest and ensure they are looked after throughout their visit with us.
· Be friendly & courteous at all times
· Be familiar with the food & drink menu and communicate knowledgably with the guest
· Passion to deliver exceptional Customer Care
· Assist in creating a warm & welcoming environment to our guests
· Assist with the set up and close down of the service
Candidate Requirements:
· Excellent attention to detail.
· The ability to communicate and build good working relationships with your team.
· High operating standards.
· Confident and outgoing personality
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people.
· Previous experience is essential
· Must be available to work weekends including late nights.
