The role offers the opportunity to lead exciting marketing campaigns, manage our digital presence, and contribute to the continued success of one of the Ireland's leading motor dealerships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.Manage and optimise paid and organic social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other AI-driven tools.Create engaging, on-brand content for website, blogs, press releases, newsletters, and video.Drive creativity in visuals, copywriting, and storytelling to connect with our audiences.Assist with event planning, sponsorship activations, and PR campaigns.Maintain brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.Collaborate with sales and aftersales teams to deliver customer-focused marketing strategies.Stay up-to-date with industry and digital marketing trends, including AI applications in marketing and customer engagement.Key Skills & RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field (or equivalent experience).Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and advertising platforms.Excellent written and visual content creation skills.Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and campaigns.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and project management skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.Knowledge or interest in the automotive industry is a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to lead impactful campaigns in a fast-paced dealership environment.Exposure to PR, digital, events, and sponsorship marketing.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionAbility to commute/relocate:Blackrock, CO.
