Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS companies and expertise in workflow tools such as Flowable. This role involves analysing, designing, and optimising business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness for our new and existing enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
Process Analysis and Design
Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. Design and document new business processes and workflows that enhance productivity and efficiency & collaborate with stakeholders to understand and capture business requirements.
Workflow Automation
Develop and implement workflow automation using tools such as Flowable. Ensure that workflow solutions align with business needs and objectives. Monitor and maintain automated workflows to ensure optimal performance.
Implementation and Optimization
Lead the implementation of process improvements and workflow solutions. Continuously assess and optimise business processes to adapt to changing business environments. Measure the impact of process changes and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including IT, operations, and product management, to ensure seamless integration of business processes. Provide training and support to stakeholders on new processes and tools. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation to gain buy‑in and support for process initiatives.
Documentation and Reporting
Create detailed process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business process engineering, preferably in a SaaS company.
Proficiency in workflow automation tools such as Flowable.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Experience with process modelling and mapping tools.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with other workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, Nintex).
Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) or related areas.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
