* Identify opportunities to improve our food services and implement changes accordingly
* Listen to customer feedback and use it to consistently improve our food services
* Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
* Represent our organization and maintain a positive brand image
* Maintain kitchen inventory levels to ensure efficient operations
* Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are met at all times
* Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
Requirements and Qualifications

* Have experience supervising a team
* Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
* Have a flexible approach to working
