The Estates function provides professional services including project management, property, fire, safety and related services for infrastructure development and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide risk management advice on infrastructural risks and safety issues.
2. Evaluate infrastructural risk issues and assist in developing policies and procedures to manage related risks.
3. Maintain good working relationships with relevant outside bodies, including the Health & Safety Authority.
This role requires a pro-active commitment to communication and a continuous professional development training need analysis for Estates staff.
