Project Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Project Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to clients and their families.
Your primary focus will be on providing person-centred care, ensuring that each individual receives the tailored support they need to achieve their goals.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall success of our project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and understanding.
* Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, creating personalised care plans that cater to their unique requirements.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate referrals, group therapy sessions, and psycho-educational workshops.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care.
* Work effectively within our organisational framework, adhering to health and safety regulations, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Person Specification:
* NFQ Level 7 Accredited Undergraduate Diploma in addiction studies or related field.
* Minimum two years' experience working in the drug and alcohol sector, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
* Experience of working with vulnerable populations, including those with complex needs.
* A valid Irish Work Permit for the EU and Ireland.
