Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering care and support services to individuals with disabilities
* Promoting independence and person-centred planning
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues
Applicants should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant field
* A clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
* An understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults
* Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
* Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
* A full clean manual driving license
