Finance Administrator
We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic new member to join our busy Finance Team within PFH Technology Group, based in Cork on the Resource Billing Team.
Location: Little Island, Cork
Contract Length: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing high volume of timesheets to ensure all are completed for month end invoicing.
Following up with staff and contractors where timesheets are not completed.
Importing of timesheets into ERP system for month end accruals.
Invoicing customers for the time completed by staff and contractors.
Reviewing margins and ensuring they are maintained month on month.
Dealing with customers and internal teams with regards to purchase orders and pricing for resources.
Assisting the accounts department with ad hoc queries in relation to resource billing and other adhoc queries
Posting of bank receipts and completion of bank account reconciliation on ERP system.
Candidate Profile
Strong excel skills and proficient and other MS Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with ability to produce quality work
Well organised, self-motivated person with ability to operate on own initiative
Positive can-do attitude
Flexible and adaptable team player and strong communication skills.
Knowledge of Navision ERP system an advantage
