As a seasoned leader, you will own the development and delivery of our customer portal.

* Drive the vision and strategy for the LEAP project.
* Serve as the product owner for the portal, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Ensure outcomes are prioritized to maximize customer and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ownership of the LEAP Project
* Product Owner for the Portal
* Portal Strategy & Roadmap Execution
* Stakeholder Engagement
* Continuous Improvement
* Problem Solving & Delivery
* Change Management
* Reporting & Analytics

Requirements:

* Curiosity and proactivity in driving initiatives forward
* Self-starting abilities with a business analyst mindset
* Effective networker and communicator
* Hands-on delivery and project management skills
