* Monitor and maintain the company's compliance programme, ensuring adherence to Irish insurance regulations and best practices.
* Support the rollout of new regulatory requirements and prepare clear, accurate reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
* Maintain comprehensive compliance records and contribute to the design and delivery of staff training programmes.
* Investigate potential compliance concerns, escalate issues appropriately, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance across the organisation.
* Perform routine monitoring, review business documentation, and assist in risk management activities in line with enterprise policies.
