Candidates will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and best practices.
* Strategic & Operational HR: Provide expert advice on employee relations and industrial relations matters, supporting fair and consistent management of grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
* Employee Engagement: Build strong relationships with staff representatives and trade unions.
* Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate and develop the HR team to deliver a professional, customer-focused service aligned with organisational values.
* Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment and workforce planning to ensure timely and compliant staffing solutions.
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Necessary qualifications include a Degree in Human Resources or a related field at Level 8 or higher.
* At least 5-7 years' experience in HR is required, including experience at Business Partner or People Leadership level.
* Demonstrable experience managing complex Employee Relations and Industrial Relations cases is necessary.
