Property Legal Support (Recent Graduates/Experienced Candidates welcome to apply)Full training will be provided.We are currently seeking to recruit for the role of Legal Support to join our Property Department. This is a great opportunity to work in a progressive professional organisation. Prior experience in a busy and demanding role is essential.Legal experience not essential however candidate will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills as well as a disciplined ability to complete work, prioritise own tasks and manage time effectively. The candidate will have a positive, helpful, and cheerful attitude.The role will involve a broad range of duties including but not limited to:Key Responsibilities:Providing a professional, efficient, and proactive secretarial serviceLegal support to 2 Solicitors, taking direction from Legal ExecutiveAnswering phones, taking messages, logging daily calls, follow up on callsDrafting correspondence and production of all documents, correspondence, reports and presentations, contracts, agreements, accurately and in a timely mannerDiary managementArranging meetings internally and externally and confirming with attendees in advanceAttending to stamping and registration of titlePopulating documents relevant to each property transactionGeneral administration and other ad-hoc work as required from time to timeRequired Capabilities:Residential Property legal experience preferred but not essentialDicta-typing advantages preferred but not essentialStrong MS office and other IT skills essentialCase management experience preferred but not essentialExcellent typing skills requiredExcellent administration skills and an ability to prioritise work is essentialAbility to work on own initiative with excellent organisational skillsA high degree of diplomacy and professionalism required with a pleasant and positive dispositionAbility to deal with large volume of work for various ongoing projectsGood telephone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and oralOther ad-hoc work as requiredKey Competencies:Professional candidate who will present well with clients and colleagues alikeDependable, with a positive outlook, a sunny disposition and highly motivatedHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail a mustAn ability to get to grips with complex issues without difficultyAble to manage various projects simultaneouslyEager to learn, enthusiastic and dedicatedExcellent level of EnglishFlexible, helpful, and adaptable team playerExcellent time management, timekeeping, and attendanceThe salary will be commensurate with experience.
