The Growth Specialist will be instrumental in expanding Kinia's commercial channels to generate sustainable revenue.

Find out more about us: Role: Growth Specialist Location: Hybrid - Ireland Contract: Responsibilities Revenue Growth: Manage, develop and execute Kinia strategies to grow commercial revenue streams that align with Kinia's mission.
Partnership Development: Maintain and cultivate relationships with sponsors, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure that Kinia's commercial initiatives are the most effective they can be.
Growth and Sales Leadership: Drive and own funding efforts for assigned Kinia programs and services, leading and owning all stages of the initiatives, ensuring that full commercial awareness is maintained by you and the wider team at all times and that goals and targets are met.
Market Analysis: Research and identify opportunities, trends, and potential commercial avenues within and around the education and STEM sectors that are aligned with Kinia's mission, which may help increase Kinia's reach and impact.
Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on revenue growth metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals.
Advocacy: Represent Kinia at events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings to enhance the organisation's profile and visibility.

BenefitsContract and Probation period: The appointment is to a Growth Specialist position on a probationary contract.
The probationary contract will be for 6 months from the date specified on the contract. During your probationary, your performance will be subject to review by your line manager to determine whether you: Have performed in a satisfactory manner, Have been satisfactory in general conduct, and Are suitable from the point of view of health with particular regard to sick leave.
Hours of Attendance:Standard hours of attendance for this role will amount to not less than 40 hours gross per week.
Occasionally, staff may be required to work evenings, weekends, or longer hours (particularly around Kinia's annual events).
This time can be recouped as TOIL. Salary Range Basic Salary of €30,000 + commission + bonus Other Benefits Pension SchemeAfter successful completion of probation, all Kinia staff members are eligible to join our PRSA pension scheme, administered through New Ireland.
Staff must contribute a minimum of 5% of their gross monthly salary, with Kinia matching this up to the value of 5%. Hybrid Friendly Workplace Kinia operates a hybrid-friendly workplace.

Kinia supports all staff to access remote working hubs, our Dublin office, or our Galway office.
Expectations of Travel will be required.
