Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition, Development and Management Executive to join our People & Culture team. This is a strategic HR role focused on sourcing top-tier talent, strengthening our employer brand, and leading core programmes in performance management and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition (Approx. 50%)
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for various levels and roles across Ireland and Europe.
* Partner with directors and hiring managers to design role profiles, sourcing strategies, and structured interview processes.
* Track and analyse recruitment performance using data to refine approaches and channels.
* Work closely with Marketing to strengthen employer branding initiatives.
Talent Management & Development (Approx. 50%)
* Coordinate structured performance review cycles to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of a competency framework across departments.
* Develop and roll out internal training programmes (both technical and soft skills) across different offices.
* Collaborate with directors and the HR Manager to identify high-potential employees and support career development planning.
* Assist in succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
* Act as a trusted partner to business leaders to ensure talent practices align with long-term growth objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related behavioural science
* Master's in Human Resource Management or CIPD-accredited equivalent
* Minimum 6 years' experience in similar roles, ideally in a multinational or matrixed organisation
* Proven experience developing and launching training programmes internally
* Demonstrated expertise in performance management, including 360° feedback and goal-setting systems
* Experience in the financial services sector is strongly preferred
* Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Personio) and ATS platforms

· Project management experience, with the ability to design, implement, and monitor HR initiatives across multiple departments.
· Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders clearly and credibly.
· Solid understanding of the full talent lifecycle, including acquisition, development, performance management, and succession planning.
· Awareness of employee engagement best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
· Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
ROLE IS ONSITE, MON to FRI. Total of 37.5 hours per week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €42,000.00 per year
