Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice and be able to provide high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver pharmacy services to patients.
* Delivering exceptional patient care through the provision of advice, support and medication management.
* Assisting in the management of pharmacy operations, including dispensing, stock control and quality assurance.
* Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Registered pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
* Previous experience in community pharmacy or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
