A long-established manufacturing business with approximately staff operating across multiple counties in Munster and the South-East, including Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford, and Wexford.
Your new role
* Liaise with customers and sales personnel to ensure orders are received in a timely manner.
* Enter orders onto ERP system.
* Assist customers with queries on orders, invoices and payments.
* Assist sales personnel with sales and technical issues.
* Communicate with internal departments to ensure order systems are operating efficiently.
* Assist accounts receivable with cash receipts.
* Work with cash receipts and direct debits.
What you'll need to succeed
* 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
* Microsoft Office experience is required with excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience of working in a busy office environment.
* ERP experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail are essential.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
