Role Description
This is a full-time Contracts Manager role based at the main office in New Ross, Co.
Wexford.
The Contracts Manager will oversee the delivery of our contracts while ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
Key responsibilities include managing relationships with clients and subcontractors, overseeing project design and budget timelines, assessing contractual risks, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and local requirements.
The role involves regular communication with stakeholders and active problem-solving to address challenges in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience with contract negotiation, preparation, and management
Familiarity with data centre projects is preferred but not essential
Familiarity with legal, financial, and compliance requirements for large-scale construction projects
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines
Effective communication and relationship management skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams
Experience with structural steel or related trades in the commercial sector
Proficient in relevant software packages – Excel, Trimble Connect
Capability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
