We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Cork City Centre.
Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen, maintain high standards, and deliver excellent food in a fast-paced bar and restaurant environment.
What You'll Do:
Support and lead the kitchen team during service.
Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
Manage prep, ordering, and stock control.
Train and mentor junior chefs.
Contribute to menu development and specials.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years' experience in a busy kitchen (Sous or Senior CDP).
Strong leadership and organisation skills.
Passion for great food and attention to detail.
HACCP knowledge and excellent hygiene standards.
Flexible and hands-on team player.
