Job Description The Hotel: Aspect Hotel Dublin Park West is situated within the award-winning Park West Business Campus, near the city and all the major road networks.
Access to and from the hotel is effortless and well located within just four miles West of Dublin City Centre.
Access to the city is made easy by the local commuter train which takes just 8 minutes and there is also a regular bus service from outside the hotel.
It's the ideal spot for people travelling for business or leisure, offering 141 guest bedrooms and serviced apartments as well as excellent conference facilities.

The Role Aspect Hotel Park West is a busy property with a lot of areas to maintain.
The Maintenance Assistant's role is key to ensuring the hotel building is maintained to the highest standards and is a place where we are proud to welcome our guests.
As a maintenance assistant you will work closely with colleagues from all departments to ensure that the upkeep and safety of the building is maintained.
This is a full-time permanent role.
Aspect Hotel Park West is a 24/7 operation, so this role will be 5 days over 7 .
About The Role What's involved in the role: Providing general maintenance within the hotel and its grounds - covering light carpentry, basic plumbing and general maintenance tasks that can range from changing light bulbs to assisting in moving furniture.
Painting and decorating, and upkeep of bedrooms and public areas and back of house areas as required.
Having an eye for detail and the drive to do a job well.
Notifying the General Manager should a maintenance problem require further attention.
Ensuring that a safe and secure environment for guests, staff and visitors is maintained.
Dealing with maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
A person who may be suited to this role will have: At least 1 years' previous experience in a hotel's maintenance department or property management or facilities company.
Previous experience of working in a standards-driven customer service environment.
Basic knowledge of maintenance trade - painting, plumbing and carpentry essential.
Skill in the use of related tools (including hand electrical tools) is beneficial.
The ability to communicate fluently in English will be necessary.
