An exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to help drive the growth of our Modern Workplace business. Working within the Pre-Sales team, you’ll identify and solve customers’ business and technical challenges around hybrid working, change management, and meeting room modernisation. You’ll lead AV-focused projects and deliver integrated solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity. You will primarily work with Ireland based customers and play a pivotal part in supporting and driving business initiatives across both Ireland and the United Kingdom
Job Role Responsibilities
This Modern Workplace Solution Expert role has been developed to support Account Managers in engaging new and existing customers, with a focus on meeting room and AV technologies. You’ll assess customer needs, design packaged solutions, and articulate value across both technical and business levels. You’ll work with vendors and service partners to deliver end-to-end solutions, including digital signage, hybrid working setups, and town hall environments.
* Understand and evaluate key products in Pre-Sales conversations and customer pitches.
* Deliver strategic whiteboarding sessions with C-Level stakeholders.
* Build and maintain customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.
* Support the development of the Modern Workplace portfolio and strategy.
* Provide technically led pre-Sales support for AV and workplace solutions.
* Assess, design and present end-to-end Modern Workplace solutions to meet our customers’ business challenges.
* Maintain good understanding of the competitive landscape and complimenting solutions.
* Lead AV and meeting room projects from scoping to delivery.
* Advise on hybrid collaboration tools (Teams Rooms, signage, wireless presentation).
* Maintain certifications and continuously learn key vendor technologies (Neat, Logitech, Shure, Microsoft).
* Conduct internal knowledge sharing and customer training sessions.
* Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive user adoption.
* Support change management initiatives and champion modern workplace transformation.
* Travel to customer sites as required.
Experience
* Experience working in the IT channel
* Commercial experience selling Modern Workplace / AV Solutions
* Desire for continued professional development and industry recognised certifications
* Desire to expand learning to Microsoft 365, Teams Phone, and identity/security frameworks
What we offer
* Hybrid Working (3 days in/2 days out) after successful probation period which is 3 months
* Starting Salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience
* OTE: €60,000 - €73,333
