Job Summary
A seasoned hospitality leader is required to spearhead all aspects of Food & Beverage operations in a prestigious establishment.
* Oversee daily operations across dining outlets, bars, lounges, banqueting, and room service divisions
* Lead and develop a high-performing F&B team through effective talent management strategies
* Maintain exceptional guest experience standards and drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
* Manage key performance indicators, budgets, stock, cost controls, and revenue targets to optimize business results
* Support menu engineering and promotional activities to maximize revenue growth opportunities
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards
* Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management processes
* Collaborate with senior leadership and the Executive Chef on operational strategy and planning
* Handle guest queries and feedback professionally, providing timely resolutions and ensuring guest loyalty
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Senior F&B professional in a hotel or high-volume hospitality venue
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions
* Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs, driving business growth and profitability
* A passion for hospitality and guest experience, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
* Must be residing in Ireland with the right to work in ROI
