Our client, based Limerick, is seeking a
Management Accountant
to join their expanding team on a
permanent basis
.
This is a hands-on, business-partnering role within a precision manufacturing environment.
You'll work closely with operations, finance, and senior leadership to support cost control, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making — all while developing your own career in an organisation that rewards initiative.
Who we are seeking
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
2–3 years' experience in a manufacturing finance or cost accounting environment
Someone with genuine
curiosity
— interested in why variances happen, not just where
Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage across departments
Experience with ERP systems (desirable but not essential)
A self-starter who enjoys solving problems, not just identifying them
Overview of the responsibilities
Lead monthly operational reporting and cost variance analysis
Calculate standard product costs and monitor margin performance
Provide KPI insights to guide operational improvements and efficiency gains
Prepare key journal entries and support budgeting and forecasting processes
Collaborate on audit preparation and act as finance lead on process improvement projects
